What drives us

Cleaning isn't just about making spaces look better. It's technical work. Understanding how different chemicals interact with marble versus granite, knowing why certain stains bond to specific fibers, recognizing when aggressive scrubbing will damage rather than help—this knowledge separates adequate cleaning from work that actually lasts.

We built Clearcore around this idea. Every member of our team learns the science behind what we do, not just the motions. They understand pH levels, dwell times, and material sensitivities. Sounds excessive for cleaning? Maybe. But it means we don't ruin expensive countertops or leave residue that attracts more dirt within days.

Ottawa has its own challenges. The salt tracked in during winter, the humidity swings between seasons, the particular dust that settles in older Centretown buildings versus newer builds in Kanata. We've learned these patterns. Our methods account for them.

This isn't about being fancy. It's about doing the job right the first time, so you're not calling us back for the same problem a week later.

Our purpose

Clearcore began with a simple frustration: too many cleaning services were cutting corners. We started with residential deep cleaning, focused on doing fewer jobs but doing them properly.

Expanded into office spaces

Local businesses started asking if we could handle their offices. The technical approach translated well. Commercial work became a significant part of what we do.

As demand grew, we faced a choice: hire fast or hire carefully. We chose carefully. Every team member goes through our training program before working independently.

We're based out of Ottawa, serving residential and commercial clients throughout the city. Our services cover regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning for spaces that need more attention, window washing, upholstery and carpet care, post-renovation cleanup, and building entrance maintenance.
